Biography
The Old Blind Dogs formed in Aberdeen, Scotland in 1990 as part of a new movement of roots revival bands. Playing souped-up Scottish folk (thanks to diverse instruments including the Balkan bouzouki), the group was quickly catapulted to the top of the scene. Despite their popularity, the group's gone through multiple line-up changes over the years, losing veteran singer and guitarist Ian F. Bentzie in 1999.
