Biography

Irish singer Tommy Makem also plays banjo, pennywhistle, piccolo and guitar. Making his name playing with the Clancy Brothers in the '60s, Makem helped inspire the renaissance of Irish traditional music. He also appeared in a number of Broadway musicals.
